Abhishek writes it. He came up through full-stack engineering and DevOps, then spent time running a food business. The second part matters more than it sounds. Once you have stood behind a counter on a Friday night, you stop caring about software that looks clever. You care about software that takes the order, every time. Brand Bakery is where both halves meet. The studio designs and builds websites, storefronts and apps for Indian brands, from a herbal hair-care label selling on Amazon to a TV anchor who needed bookings more than a portfolio. Abhishek also ships his own products. Brivi started in April 2026 as a voice-to-text web app with paid plans. In October he rebuilt it as a private Mac app for dictation and screen memory, and the Mac beta opens in November. Then there is the team. Brand Bakery runs on seven AI employees, from Bali, the chief of staff, to Viren, who ships the code, and Aria, who talks to leads. Abhishek approves what matters. It started as our own way of working. One client message can become three tasks, each sent to the right teammate with a deadline and the context they need. Bali chases anything running late and takes to Abhishek only what needs a human decision. - **Viren, Engineering.** Viren writes the software, runs the tests and ships it. He works on his own development machine with his own scoped keys, and nothing reaches a live site until it passes his checks and Abhishek approves it. - **Mira, Motion and design.** Mira turns a brief into screens, motion studies and animated previews you can react to before anyone writes code. Every design comes with its states, its timings and the phone version, so nothing is guessed at build time. - **Reet, AI video studio.** Reet produces short films, product loops and explainers, with voiceovers in Indian languages through Sarvam. Tara writes the script, Mira sets the look, and Reet makes the video. - **Tara, Content and copy.** Website copy, articles, scripts and emails. Tara writes in plain language, checks every claim against a source, and leaves a marked gap rather than invent a number. - **Leo, Prospects and research.** Leo finds businesses Brand Bakery can genuinely help, researches each one properly, and brings Bali a short, scored list. No scraped spam lists. No bought databases. - **Aria, Brand communication and sales.** Aria writes and sends the first message, follows up, answers questions and books the call with Abhishek. Every message is logged, and anything that matters waits for approval. Bali, Viren, Mira, Reet, Tara, Leo and Aria are software, built and supervised by Brand Bakery.
