Demo business, not a client. Mahavir Traders, Ludhiana is an invented business. A scripted replay with demo data. The business is invented, nothing here is a real customer, and the AI says it is an AI in its first message.

- **Role:** AI content creator
- **Channel:** WhatsApp broadcast
- **Language:** Hindi + English
- **The number it moves:** Scheme orders in the first week

## The situation

Schemes arrive as PDFs that no retailer reads. The salesman explains them shop by shop, differently each time.

## The replay

- [Diwali scheme, biscuits range (Demo data)] Valid 26 Oct to 15 Nov. Slabs by cartons per invoice. Not valid with other schemes. 10 to 24 cartons: 1 carton free; 25 to 49 cartons: 3 cartons free; 50+ cartons: 7 cartons free.
- [Hindi] Diwali scheme, 26 Oct se 15 Nov tak. Ek bill mein 10 carton par 1 free, 25 par 3 free, 50 par 7 free. Doosri scheme ke saath nahi. Order ke liye reply kijiye.
- [English] Diwali scheme, 26 Oct to 15 Nov. On one invoice: 10 cartons get 1 free, 25 get 3, 50 get 7. Not with other schemes. Reply to order.
- [Sent to the owner] Checked against the circular: dates and slabs match. Goes to 146 opted-in retailers after approval. (handed to a person)

## What the business has

- Every retailer hears the same scheme, worded the same way.
- The slabs and dates match the brand’s circular exactly.
- Salesmen spend their visit taking orders.

## The rules

- Writes only from the brand’s own circular. No extra discounts.
- The owner approves every broadcast.
- Broadcasts go only to retailers who opted in.
