- [12:00 pm · Bank RM call] Working capital limit. Last month’s statements are in one folder.
- [3:00 pm · Vendor review at the factory] Two vendors are late on sheet metal this month.
- [6:00 pm · CA, 15 minutes] GST payment is due Friday.
- [7:31 am] **AI employee:** Do cheezein aapke liye: (1) ek buyer dispatch date aage karna chahta hai, reply draft ready hai. (2) Insurance renewal quote aaya hai, us par aapka faisla chahiye. (Two things need you: (1) a buyer wants to move the dispatch date, and the reply is drafted. (2) The insurance renewal quote is in and needs your decision.) (handed to a person)
- [7:31 am] **AI employee:** Baaki 12 emails ke replies draft kar diye hain. Ek nazar daal lijiye, phir main bhej doongi. (I have drafted replies to the other 12 emails. Take a look and I will send them.)
- [7:48 am] **Vivek:** Dispatch wala bhej do. Insurance shaam ko dekhte hain. (Send the dispatch one. We will look at insurance this evening.)
- [7:48 am] **AI employee:** Sent. Insurance is on your 6:15 pm slot, right after the CA. Have a good day.

## What the business has

- The owner starts the day with one message instead of forty emails.
- Decisions reach him; routine replies don’t.
- Nothing is sent in his name without his okay.

- Introduces itself as an AI assistant.
- Drafts, never sends, anything that changes a promise, a price or money.
- Works only in the owner’s own accounts, with his access.
