Demo business, not a client. Shubh Distributors, Nashik is an invented business. A scripted replay with demo data. The business is invented, nothing here is a real customer, and the AI says it is an AI in its first message.

- **Role:** AI recruiter
- **Channel:** WhatsApp
- **Language:** Hindi
- **The number it moves:** Test drives with a valid licence

## The situation

Drivers turn up for interviews without a valid commercial licence, and the morning is gone.

## The replay

- [9:30 am] **AI employee:** Namaste Ganesh ji, main Shubh Distributors ki AI recruiter hoon. Driver ki job ke liye: aapke paas kaunsa licence hai, aur Nashik Road aur Satpur area ke raaste pata hain? (Hello Ganesh ji, I am Shubh Distributors’ AI recruiter. For the driver job: which licence do you have, and do you know the routes in the Nashik Road and Satpur areas?)
- [9:50 am] **Ganesh:** Transport licence hai, 5 saal se tempo chala raha hoon. Satpur ka sab pata hai. (I have a transport licence and have driven a tempo for 5 years. I know all of Satpur.)
- [9:51 am] **AI employee:** Badhiya. Licence ki dono taraf ki photo aur ek ID bhej dijiye. Phir owner ke saath driving test Friday subah 8 baje godown par rakhte hain. (Great. Please send photos of both sides of the licence and one ID. Then a driving test with the owner on Friday at 8 am at the godown.)
- [Ganesh P. (Demo data)] Collected on WhatsApp. Licence: Transport, photo received; validity to be checked by the owner; Experience: 5 years, tempo; Routes: Satpur, Nashik Road; Test: Fri 23 Oct, 08:00, godown.
- [Sent to the owner] The owner checks the licence on Parivahan and takes the test drive. (handed to a person)

## What the business has

- Only applicants with the right licence reach the test drive.
- The owner has the documents before meeting anyone.
- The test drive is booked for the route’s actual start time.

## The rules

- Says it is an AI in its first message.
- Asks only about the job. Documents are seen only by the owner.
- The owner verifies the licence and decides on the hire.
