Demo business, not a client. Tandoor Tales, Jaipur is an invented business. A scripted replay with demo data. The business is invented, nothing here is a real customer, and the AI says it is an AI in its first message.

- [8:21 pm] **AI employee:** Namaste! Main Tandoor Tales ki AI assistant hoon. Sunday 1 pm aur 2:30 pm, dono time pe 12 logon ki jagah hai, private corner ke saath. Kaunsa time chahiye? (Hello! I am the AI assistant at Tandoor Tales. Sunday 1 pm and 2:30 pm both have space for 12, with the private corner. Which time?)
- [8:23 pm] **Customer:** 1 pm. Koi set menu hai? Aur birthday cake arrange ho sakta hai? (1 pm. Is there a set menu? And can you arrange a birthday cake?)
- [8:23 pm] **AI employee:** Group set menus are ₹850 and ₹1,150 a person, taxes extra. I’ve sent both menus as a PDF. For the cake, I’ve asked our manager, Mr Rathore, to message you by 10 am tomorrow with options. Demo data. (handed to a person)
- [8:26 pm] **Customer:** ₹850 wala theek hai. (The ₹850 one is fine.)
- [8:26 pm] **AI employee:** Done: Sunday 25 Oct, 1 pm, 12 guests, private corner, ₹850 set menu. A ₹2,000 advance through the restaurant’s UPI link holds the corner. It is adjusted in the bill.
- [20:26:40] Booking on the floor plan: Sun 13:00, private corner, 12 pax. Kitchen sheet: set menu A × 12.
- [20:26:41] Task for manager: cake options to the guest by 10:00 tomorrow.

## What the business has

- The group booking is confirmed while the manager is still on the floor.
- The kitchen has the head count and menu two days ahead.
- The one request outside the script goes to a person, with a deadline.

- Menus and prices only from the restaurant’s list.
- Special requests it cannot confirm go to the manager with a time, never a guess.
