I will email you photos of both pages and pass the two days to your account manager, Mr Sethi, to check with your admin. Until then, three thousand for those two shifts stays on hold.

**Caller:** Fine. And the rest?

**AI employee:** The invoice was one lakh forty thousand. Less the nine thousand credit and the three thousand on hold, the undisputed amount is one lakh twenty-eight thousand. Can you give me a date for that?

**Caller:** Our payment run is on the thirtieth. And honestly, this keeps happening. I am thinking of ending the contract.
