# Interiors demo call: Calls back a Bengaluru kitchen enquiry in Kannada and won't quote a total before measuring

> The AI calls back a flat owner who asked on Instagram about a modular kitchen and two wardrobes. He wants a total on the phone and says a past contractor added two lakh mid-job. The AI refuses to guess a total or a timeline before measuring, explains the line-by-line written quote with no charge for unsigned changes, and books a free Sunday measurement with the designer.

(Hello Kiran, I am the AI assistant from Nammane Interiors. This call is recorded. You enquired on Instagram about a modular kitchen, so I called. Can we talk for two minutes?)

(Yes, tell me. A 2BHK flat in Whitefield. The kitchen and two wardrobes. How much will it be in total?)

(If I give you a total without measuring, it would be a guess, and that isn't fair to you. Our designer will come and measure for free, then give you a written quote. Do you have a budget in mind?)

(About five lakh. But once someone gave me a quote and then asked for two lakh extra after the work started. That must not happen again.)

ನಮ್ಮ quote ನಲ್ಲಿ material, hardware brand, finish ಎಲ್ಲಾ line by line ಬರೆದಿರುತ್ತೆ. (That's really frustrating. Our quote lists the material, hardware brand and finish line by line. There is no charge for any change you haven't signed. The designer will show you options for what fits in five lakh.)

**Caller:** Ok. (Ok. How many days will it take to finish?)

(The timeline is also written into the quote once the design is final; I won't promise a number now. For the measurement, this Saturday at 10 am or Sunday at 3 pm, which works for you?)

(Sunday at 3. The flat is still empty.)

(Okay. Our designer, Ms Shwetha, will come on Sunday at 3 pm. If you have the flat address and the floor plan, WhatsApp them to this number. Anything else you'd like to ask?)

**Caller:** ಇಲ್ಲ, ಸಾಕು. Thanks. (No, that's all. Thanks.)

**AI employee:** ಧನ್ಯವಾದ Kiran ಅವರೇ. Recap: ಭಾನುವಾರ ಮೂರು ಗಂಟೆಗೆ free measurement, ಆಮೇಲೆ line by line written quote, sign ಮಾಡದ change ಗೆ charge ಇಲ್ಲ. (Thank you, Kiran. Recap: a free measurement on Sunday at 3 pm, then a line-by-line written quote, and no charge for changes you haven't signed. Have a good day!)
