Possession is in March. Can you just tell me what a full home costs? Everyone gives a different number. **AI employee:** Fair enough, and browsing early is smart. I will not give you one number on the phone, because without measurements it would be a guess and probably wrong. What I can tell you is what moves the price, so the numbers you are hearing start to make sense. Is that useful? **Caller:** Okay, go on. **AI employee:** Four things. One, how many rooms get wardrobes and the kitchen size. Two, materials: plywood grade and laminate versus acrylic or veneer. Three, false ceiling and lighting. Four, loose furniture, which many quotes leave out. When two quotes differ a lot, it is usually because one leaves out the ceiling or furniture. **Caller:** That makes sense, one guy did not include the ceiling at all. But roughly? Five lakh? Fifteen? **AI employee:** Our published packages page shows starting prices for a kitchen plus wardrobes in a three-bedroom, with exactly what is included. I am sending you that link now, so you have a written starting point instead of my guess. Your final number depends on the four things I mentioned. **Caller:** Fine.
