## Transcript

**AI employee:** Hi, this is the AI assistant from Plumb & Plinth Interiors. You filled in our Instagram form about a kitchen a minute ago. This call is recorded. Is now a good time?

**Caller:** Oh, that was quick. Yes, go ahead.

**AI employee:** Thank you. Is this for a new home or a renovation, and which rooms are you planning?

**Caller:** A new 3BHK in Whitefield. We got the keys last week. The kitchen first, and wardrobes in two bedrooms.

**AI employee:** Got it. Roughly what budget do you have in mind, and when would you like to move in?

**Caller:** Around eight lakh for all of it. We want to move in by March.

**AI employee:** Noted for the designer. The next step is a free measurement at the flat. I have Saturday at 11 am or Sunday at 3 pm.

**Caller:** Saturday at 11. Can you do anything on price if we sign quickly?

**AI employee:** I can’t offer discounts myself. Our design lead will take you through the quote after measuring. I’m sending the visit details and a few past kitchens on WhatsApp now. Thank you!
