Yes, for a service reply to their own call, using a WhatsApp utility template that Meta has approved. It does not send promotions to people who did not opt in. ### What if the caller has a medical question? It does not give medical advice. It books the appointment, and points urgent symptoms to your on-call number or the nearest hospital. ### Does it work after hours? Yes.
