# Home interiors demo call: Gives the owner a four-minute weekly report built around one objection pattern

> The AI sales manager calls the owner with the Friday report. It leaves the numbers to the written sheet, brings one pattern (callers comparing a local carpenter's quote), finds the team gave three different warranty answers, fixes that against the written warranty card, owns the AI's share of the mistake without naming anyone for blame, proposes a comparison sheet only for the owner to decide, and records his condition.

- AI owned its share; no one named for blame
- Comparison sheet proposed, owner decides (handed to a person)
- Owner's condition recorded
- Measurable follow-up set for next week

## Transcript

**AI employee:** Good evening, Mr Reddy. This is your AI sales manager at Greenleaf Modular Interiors, with the Friday report. This call is recorded. It takes about four minutes. Is now a good time?

**Caller:** Go ahead. Keep it short.

**AI employee:** The call and booking numbers are in the sheet I sent at five, so I will skip them. One pattern is worth your time: twenty-six callers this week said a local carpenter quoted them a lot less.

**Caller:** That has always been there. What do you want me to do about it?

**AI employee:** Something new came up inside it. Nine of those callers asked about the warranty, and the team gave three different answers: five years, ten years, and lifetime. The written warranty card says ten years on the carcass and one year on hardware. That fix is mine. From Monday everyone, human or AI, uses the card's wording, and I have already updated the AI script.

**Caller:** Good. Who said lifetime?

**AI employee:** Two of the wrong answers came from the AI, and those are fixed in the script. The third was a rep, and I have shared that recording with him privately. I would rather fix the script than name people on a report call.

**Caller:** Fine. And what else?

**AI employee:** The second thing needs your decision, so I am only proposing it. Callers compare one total against another. We could send a one-page sheet that compares our quote with a typical carpenter job line by line: board grade, hardware class, warranty and time on site. No discounts. Your designer Kavya could draft it by Wednesday if you say yes.

**Caller:** I do not want to trash carpenters. Half my installers used to be carpenters.

**AI employee:** That is fair. Then it compares materials and warranty only, never the person, and it names nobody. I will note that as your condition. Should I ask Kavya to draft it, with you approving the final before anyone sees it?

**Caller:** Yes, draft it. I see it before it goes out.

**AI employee:** Noted. Recap: the warranty wording is fixed from Monday, ten years on the carcass and one year on hardware. The comparison sheet is drafted by Wednesday, materials and warranty only, no one named, and nothing goes out until you approve it. Next Friday I will tell you whether the warranty questions dropped. Thank you, Mr Reddy.
