## My iPhone and Mac won’t pair

Update both apps. The iPhone and Mac apps must be on matching versions.

Keep both on the same Wi-Fi network, or connect them with a USB cable.

On the iPhone, allow Local Network for GlassQ Cam in Settings › Privacy and Security › Local Network.

Type the 6-digit code shown on the iPhone into GlassQ Studio. After five wrong codes, pairing pauses for 30 seconds.

## The browser control page won’t open

On a Mac, Chrome and other browsers need Local Network permission: System Settings › Privacy and Security › Local Network. Safari works without it.

## Where are my videos?

Every take is recorded on your iPhone at full quality. To copy one to your Mac, open the Takes window in GlassQ Studio and choose Save. Nothing moves automatically.

## GlassQ Pro

Buy Pro inside GlassQ Cam on your iPhone. One purchase unlocks both apps.

Your Mac unlocks Pro automatically from your paired iPhone. There is no licence key.

New phone or reinstall? Open the Pro screen in GlassQ Cam and tap Restore.

Cancel a subscription any time in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/).
