The AI books into it. - **Google or Outlook calendar.** One calendar per doctor, stylist, teacher or room. It reads the free time and writes the booking. - **Booking or clinic software.** Through its API where it has one, or through its normal web screens where it doesn't. - **A shared sheet.** If your desk works from a sheet, it books there, and your staff see the same list. ## How booking gets set up Booking is part of the build, and the rules are yours. 1. **Connect the calendar.** The AI books into the calendar or register your desk already uses, so there is one list of appointments, never two. 2. **Set the rules.** Which services take how long, who does what, the gaps between slots and the last booking of the day. 3. **Approve the messages.** The confirmation and the reminder go to Meta as WhatsApp templates. You approve the words first. 4. **Test it.** You call, book, move and cancel until it is right. It goes live only after you sign off. ## For clinics and doctors The AI Receptionist is the only service we offer clinics. It is a flat monthly fee, never tied to patients or bookings.
