# Rebranding for established Indian businesses that have outgrown how they look

> Brand Bakery rebrands established Indian businesses whose name, logo or look no longer matches the work: coaching institutes, interiors firms, developers and online sellers. You get an audit of what customers recognise today, a sharper position, a refined or new identity, a rollout plan for every touchpoint, and files you own. Pricing is shared after a short call.

## Who it is for

- Established coaching institutes, interiors firms and real estate brands whose look lags behind the quality of their work
- Businesses that added services, branches or a new market while the brand stayed where it started
- IndiaMART and Amazon sellers moving from trading under a generic name to a brand of their own
- Companies after a merger, a change of founder or a name dispute that need one clear identity

## Who it is not for

- New businesses with no brand yet, which is a logo and identity project
- Anyone hoping a new logo on its own will fix falling sales
- Teams who cannot give the time to decide what changes and what stays

## What you get

- An audit of every place customers meet you today: signboards, website, listings, WhatsApp, packaging and quotations
- A short note on what customers already recognise and should be kept
- A sharper position and core messages, so the new look has something to say
- A refined or new identity: logo, colours, type and the rules for using them
- A rollout plan listing every touchpoint, in the order customers see them
- Updated templates for the items in scope, such as social posts, letterheads and quotations
- A short announcement for customers, written with you, for WhatsApp, email and social
- Organised source files and guidelines you own

## How it works

1. **Audit.** We collect everything that carries your name today and ask a few customers what they remember about you.
2. **Decide what stays.** Some things have earned their recognition. We agree what to keep, what to refine and what to retire.
3. **Reposition and redesign.** The position comes first, then the identity, refined with you and tested on a phone screen, a signboard and a quotation.
4. **Plan the switch.** We list every touchpoint and set an order, so the website, Google profile and WhatsApp change together.
5. **Roll out and announce.** You get the files, the templates and a short announcement, so customers hear about the change from you first.

## Timeline

A rebrand moves at the speed of your decisions and the number of touchpoints that change. Dates for each stage are agreed in writing before work starts.

## Pricing

Pricing on request, shared after a short call. Printing, signage, trademark searches and a website rebuild are separate lines or separate projects. A rebrand changes how you are seen. It cannot promise sales on its own, and we will not pretend it can.

## Questions

### Do I need a full rebrand or just a refresh?

If customers still recognise and trust your name and mark, a refresh that sharpens what exists is usually enough. If the name confuses people, the look feels dated next to competitors, or the business has changed shape, a fuller rebrand makes sense. The audit tells us which.

### Will we lose the recognition we have built?

Not if it is done carefully. We list what customers already remember, such as a colour, a name or a symbol, and carry it forward where it helps. Then we plan the switch so the website, Google profile and signboards change together.

### Do you change the business name too?

Only if it is holding you back. Many rebrands keep the name and change everything around it. If a new name is needed, it goes through our naming process, with pronunciation, domain and handle checks, before any design starts.

### What happens to our Google reviews and listings?

They stay with the business. We update the name, photos and details on your Google Business Profile, IndiaMART and marketplace listings in a planned order, so the reviews and ratings you earned remain attached to you.

### Can you update the website as part of the rebrand?

Yes, as a separate line in the scope. The website, quotation templates and WhatsApp profile usually change first, because that is where customers check you out before they call.

### How much does a rebrand cost?

Pricing is shared after a short call. The cost depends on how much changes and how many touchpoints need updating, and it is fixed in writing before we start.
