## Questions owners ask

**Where do I find these numbers?** Your clinic phone or its app keeps a call log with missed calls marked. Count one normal week: all calls, the ones that came when you were closed, and the ones that rang out while you were open. Divide by the days to get calls a day.

**Why ask how many callers call back?** Some people who reach no one simply try again later, and those are not lost. The checker prices only the rest, and only at your own booking rate. We have no reliable figure for how many call back, so use your best guess and try a few values.

**What does the AI Receptionist cost?** ₹30,000 to set up, then ₹10,000 a month with 1,000 call minutes included and ₹9 a minute after that. The checker prices only the calls you miss today, at the minutes per call you enter.

**Is an AI receptionist allowed for a doctor's clinic?** It handles calls, bookings and reminders, which is front desk work. For clinics we set it up to say it is an AI at the start of every call, give no medical advice and put urgent calls through to your staff. We do not run ads, review requests or promotion for doctors, in line with the NMC's October 2026 guidelines on advertising and public communication.
