Add the quotes you sent in the last 60 days, how many signed, how many said no and your average project value. See the open quotes and their value, what they are likely worth at your own signing rate, and a four-step follow-up plan.

## Use it

Open the tool in a browser at https://www.brandbakery.tech/tools/interior-open-quotes. It is free and needs no signup.

## Use it from code

For an interior design or modular kitchen firm: from quotes sent in the last 60 days, quotes signed, quotes declined, average project value and follow-ups per quote, the open quotes and their value, the signing rate on decided quotes and the open value at that rate (an upper-end estimate).

`POST https://www.brandbakery.tech/api/tools/interior_open_quotes` with a JSON body, or call the `interior_open_quotes` tool on the [MCP server](https://www.brandbakery.tech/mcp).

## Questions owners ask

**What counts as an open quote?** A quote or proposal you sent in the last 60 days that got neither a yes nor a clear no. Quotes where the client went quiet are open, even if you have given up on them.

**How is the likely value worked out?** Open quotes times your signing rate on quotes that did get an answer, times your average project. Quiet quotes probably sign less often than decided ones, so treat it as the upper end.

**How many follow-ups should a quote get?** The plan under the result has four over three weeks, each with something useful: a walkthrough call, a past project like theirs, one change that fits, and a polite close. That is our practice, not a published rule.

**Is anything I enter sent to you?** No. The calculator runs in your browser. "Email me my result" sends your numbers to our server only to write that one email.
