## Questions owners ask

**Can I call people who filled my form?** Yes, they asked to hear from you. Call about what they enquired about, say who you are, and stop if they ask. Cold-calling people who never asked is different: commercial calls in India are governed by TRAI's rules on unsolicited commercial communication, so check those before calling anyone who did not enquire.

**Do I have to say the caller is an AI?** These scripts do, in the first sentence, and offer to pass the call to a person. It is honest, people take it better than finding out later, and it keeps you on the right side of consumer protection and data protection expectations.

**Hinglish or Hindi?** Use the one your customers use in their own messages. Many urban customers reply in Hinglish on WhatsApp; Hindi often suits smaller towns and older customers. A good AI employee switches to whatever the caller speaks.

**What about the customer's data?** Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, collect only what you need to follow up, use it for the enquiry the person made, and delete it when they ask. Do not ask for medical details on a clinic call; the doctor asks at the visit.
