Privacy policy

Our enquiry composer asks for your name, email address, business, requested service, message, and optional website. These entries stay in your browser while you prepare the brief. Opening your email app creates a draft using the information you entered; copying the brief places it on your device’s clipboard.

Preparing, opening, or copying a brief does not send it to us. We receive its contents only when you send the email yourself. We use the correspondence to respond, discuss a possible project, and manage any work you commission. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

The email composer addresses your draft to support@brandbakery.tech. Your chosen email app and email provider handle the draft and sending process under their own policies. Our business email uses Google’s mail infrastructure. Preparing a draft on the website is not confirmation that an email was sent or delivered.

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and security services can process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and error records to serve the website and prevent abuse. Providers may process information outside your country.

Our text, formatting, calculator, link, colour, and QR tools process their inputs in your browser. We do not send those input values to a generation service. Downloading or copying a result is an action on your device.

The SEO audit is different: the URL you submit is sent to our server, which requests the public page and may submit that URL to Google PageSpeed Insights for performance measurements. Only submit public URLs you are authorised to check. Do not include private tokens, confidential query parameters, or login links.

Your theme preference and saved checklist progress can be stored locally in your browser. Clear them using the relevant reset control or your browser’s site-data settings. Browser storage does not synchronise across devices, and clearing it can remove saved progress.

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate page statistics to help us improve the website. These can include the page path, referring site, approximate location, device type, and browser. We do not intentionally include enquiry contents, email addresses, or tool inputs in analytics events.

Vercel describes its Web Analytics service as using a request-derived visitor hash rather than third-party cookies. Read its analytics privacy documentation. We do not run advertising pixels or sell enquiry information.

Enquiries may remain in our business mailbox while we respond and manage the relationship. Project, billing, and dispute records may need to be retained for the relevant business or legal purpose. Provider logs and backups follow the applicable service settings; this notice does not promise immediate deletion from every backup.

To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, withdraw a request, or raise a privacy concern, email support@brandbakery.tech. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We will explain any information we need to retain rather than promise deletion we cannot carry out.

You can use the public articles and browser tools without submitting an enquiry. If you choose not to provide contact details, we may be unable to respond to a project request.
