This website is run by Brand Bakery, owned by Abhishek Kumar and based in New Delhi, India. Our business details are listed at the top of this page. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

You may read our articles and use our free tools for lawful personal or business tasks. Do not use the site to distribute unlawful content, interfere with the service, get around access controls, overload the infrastructure or probe systems without permission.

For the SEO audit, submit only public websites you own or are allowed to assess. We may limit requests, apply usage limits or pause a tool to protect the service.

The free tools can also be called through our JSON API and MCP server. They are free, need no key and are rate limited. Do not use them to send spam enquiries, scrape at volume or get around the limits. The API documentation describes each tool.

Tools and articles give general information and practical starting points. Check results before you rely on them in a campaign, a technical change or a business decision. Calculations depend on your inputs, and audit scores are limited checks, not a full security, accessibility or search-ranking assessment.

We aim to keep these resources useful, but they can change or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or any particular business result. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Sending an enquiry does not buy a service or reserve a delivery date. Before paid work begins, we agree the scope, deliverables, fees, payment milestones, responsibilities, revisions, handover and support in writing.

Changes to scope or timing should be agreed in writing. Ownership and licences for commissioned work, third-party assets and software are set out in the project agreement. You are responsible for having permission to supply any materials you ask us to use.

Prices are quoted in Indian rupees. Fees, payment milestones and what each payment covers are set out in the proposal or project agreement for your work.

Brand Bakery is not registered for GST, so our invoices carry no GST.

Brand Bakery’s name, original website design and articles remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may link to our articles and share tool results. Copying substantial parts of the website, or using our branding to suggest we endorse you, needs our permission.

Linked third-party services have their own terms. A link is not a promise about their availability, accuracy or suitability.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to settle it. If we cannot, the courts listed under governing law at the top of this page have jurisdiction.
