Act 01Brand
Brand guidelines and design systems that keep growing Indian brands consistent
Brand Bakery turns your logo, colours and tone into brand guidelines and a design system your team, freelancers and printers can follow. You get a short guidelines document, colour, type and spacing tokens, reusable components where your product needs them, and organised files. Your brand stays consistent as more people touch it. Pricing is shared after a short call.
Act 02Is it for you?
Who this is for
Made for
- Businesses whose website, social posts and print all look slightly different
- Startups about to bring in designers, freelancers or an agency who need one reference
- Product teams whose screens drift apart because nobody shares the same components
- Brands that have a logo but no written rules for colour, type, photography or tone
Not the right fit
- Anyone without an identity yet, which starts with a logo and visual identity project
- Teams who want a long document that nobody will open
- Businesses with no one who will use the guidelines day to day
Act 03Deliverables
What you get
Written into the scope before we start, so nothing is a surprise at handover.
- A review of how your brand appears today, with every inconsistency listed
- Logo usage rules: clear space, minimum sizes and what never to do
- Colour, typography and spacing defined as tokens, with accessible contrast checked
- Photography, illustration and iconography direction where it applies
- Tone of voice rules with real examples from your own material
- Reusable components for your website or product, where they are in scope
- A guidelines document that opens on a phone, and organised source files
Act 04Process and timeline
How it rises
Audit what exists
We gather your website, social posts, decks, print and packaging in one place and note where they disagree.
Decide the rules
We settle the choices that matter, such as colour use, type scale, spacing and voice, and test them on real material.
Build the system
Those choices become tokens and, where needed, working components, so designers and developers use the same values.
Write it simply
Short, plain pages with examples of right and wrong. Nobody needs a rulebook.
Hand over and train
We walk your team through it, and the files and accounts are yours.
Timelines depend on how much material exists today and whether a component library is in scope, and are agreed in writing before work starts.
Act 05Concept demo
What it looks like
A staged brand guidelines and design systems project for an invented brand, so you can see the kind of work before you brief us.
Neev Health, a family clinic
A clinic group opening its third branch needs every sign, card and WhatsApp message to look like the same, trustworthy place.
A concept we made to show the work, for a brand that does not exist. Client work is under Examples.
Pricing
On request, shared after a short call
A design system for a large product, extra templates, printing and font licences are scoped separately. Guidelines work best once a logo and identity exist; if yours do not, we start there.
- ScopeAgreed in writing before work starts
- TaxBrand Bakery is not registered for GST, so invoices carry no GST.
- DatesAgreed with you in writing, before work starts

Act 08Questions
Asked often
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask it on the enquiry form.
What is the difference between brand guidelines and a design system?
Guidelines explain how the brand should look and sound, for anyone who makes something with it. A design system goes further and gives designers and developers the actual building blocks, such as colour values, type styles and components.
Does a small business need brand guidelines?
If more than one person touches your website, posts or print, yes. Even a few short pages stop the slow drift that makes a growing business look unfinished.
Will my team really use them?
We write them to be used: short pages, plain language, examples of right and wrong, and a format that opens on a phone. We also walk your team through them at handover.
Can you build the design system into our website or app?
Yes, where it is in scope. For BiteSquare we built a design system called Midnight Pass into its storefront, with its own colours, type and components.
We do not have a logo yet. Can you start here?
Guidelines describe an identity, so the identity comes first. We can do both in sequence, and the guidelines move faster once the identity is settled.
Do you check accessibility?
Yes. We check text and background contrast against WCAG AA and record the safe pairings in the guidelines, so your team never has to guess.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is shared after a short call. The amount depends on how much needs documenting and whether a component library is included, and is fixed in writing first.
