What it does

Brivi takes out the filler and tightens the tone, then saves the note with the page you were on. One product on three surfaces, sharing one backend, and it handles Hindi and Hinglish as well as English.

  1. A desktop app for Mac (and Windows builds in CI): global hotkey, paste at cursor, a native macOS helper, and "Ask Anything", which takes your voice and a screenshot and answers in place.

  2. A Chrome extension that works inside ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.

  3. A web app with the shared notes editor, sync and billing.

  4. Hindi and Hinglish transcription as well as English.

02

The hard part

  • Leaving Supabase across all three apps at once: a 12-phase move covering about 150 tasks, without signing anyone out.
  • Cutting the wait around each transcription from 0.5 to 5.5 seconds down to about a millisecond.
  • Rewriting a 30,000-line plain JavaScript extension in TypeScript.
  • One notes editor that handles edit conflicts on three platforms.
  • A payments and sign-in audit that found and fixed 12 issues, a checkout bypass among them, before they cost anyone money.
