03Memory

Your Mac remembers, so you don’t have to.

While capture is on, Brivi looks at the window in front of you every few seconds. Apple’s on-device model turns it into a short text summary with tags, and the screenshot is thrown away the moment that is done.

Ask in plain words, like "What was that flight?" or "Recap my morning", and the answer links back to the moments it came from.

05How buying works

Buying takes a minute, and no account.

  1. Pick a plan. Checkout opens on Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. It asks for your email, billing details and card.

  2. Dodo charges any tax and emails your receipt.

  3. Your license key shows on the thank-you page, with an Activate in Brivi button, and lands in your inbox. You can also paste it in Settings, Brivi Pro.

  4. Use the key on up to two Macs at a time. Changed your mind? Every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee.

The only data Brivi sends is your license key and an activation id. Brivi checks them with Dodo every few days, and nothing from your library ever goes with them.

Questions

Which Macs does Brivi run on?

Apple silicon Macs on macOS 27 or later with Apple Intelligence turned on. Brivi uses Apple’s on-device models, so Intel Macs can’t run it.

Does anything I say or see leave my Mac?

No. Speech recognition, cleanup, summaries and answers all run locally. The only time your data moves is iCloud sync to your own iPhone, if you turn it on.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Checkout asks for your email, billing details and card. Your license key is emailed to you and shown after payment, and that key is all Brivi needs.

Is it always recording my screen?

Only when you switch capture on, and you can pause it from the menu bar any time. It reads the front window every few seconds, keeps a text summary and throws the image away. Password managers, secure input and private browser windows are skipped, and you can exclude any app.

Does it work in Hindi?

Yes. Switch the engine to Whisper in Settings and Brivi transcribes Hindi, English and mixed Hinglish, plus 90+ other languages. The model downloads once, then works offline.

What happens when the trial ends?

Brivi keeps working with limits: Ask and Search cover the last 7 days, dictation is capped at 2,000 words a week, and one AI app can read the last 7 days. Nothing is deleted, and Pro opens everything again.
