Act 01IndiaMART sellers
IndiaMART leads in a Google Sheet, and a call within minutes
IndiaMART lets sellers export leads from Lead Manager, pull them on a schedule with a Pull API key, or receive them in real time through its Push API. A sheet only helps if someone calls from it, so pick the fastest route your team can run and put the time of the first call next to every lead.
Where to look first
- Leads that live only in the app
- The end-of-day export
- The pull interval
- Duplicates and half-filled rows
- Nobody calls from the sheet
Act 02The pattern
Where leads get stuck on the way out
Most sellers already have the leads. The delay is in getting them from IndiaMART to the person who calls.
Leads that live only in the app
Enquiries sit in the IndiaMART app on one phone. If that person is busy, nobody else sees them.
FixEvery lead copied to one shared sheet or CRM the whole team can see.
The end-of-day export
Someone downloads leads to Excel once a day. A buy lead from 10 AM is called at 6 PM, after other sellers.
FixA scheduled pull or a real-time push instead of a manual export.
The pull interval
A Pull API fetches leads on a schedule, so a lead can wait until the next pull. IndiaMART itself says pulling can delay retrieval, depending on how often it runs.
FixPull often within IndiaMART's guidance, or use the Push API for real-time leads.
Duplicates and half-filled rows
The same buyer appears twice, or the product and quantity are missing, and callers waste time sorting the sheet.
FixOne row per enquiry ID, with product, quantity, city and lead type in fixed columns.
Nobody calls from the sheet
The sheet fills up beautifully. The calls still happen when someone has time.
FixA "first call at" column, and a caller who works the sheet the minute a row appears.
Act 03Your numbers
What a twice-a-day sheet costs
If someone checks the export twice a day, an average lead waits hours for its first call. Count how many of last month's leads waited more than an hour.
Run your own numbers: Missed Enquiry Cost Calculator
An example
- IndiaMART leads a month
- 600
- First call after an hour
- 400
- Leads that become a quote when called fast
- 1 in 5
- Quotes that become orders
- 1 in 5
- Your margin on an order
- ₹10,000
If even a quarter of those 400 leads were saved by a fast call, that is 20 more quotes, 4 more orders and about ₹40,000 a month in margin.
These are example numbers, not figures from any seller. Your Lead Manager shows the first one.
Act 04Setup checklist
Set up the sheet once, properly
Whichever route you choose, the sheet needs the same few things to be useful to a caller.
- For the Pull API, generate a key in the seller panel: Lead Manager, then Import/Export Leads, then Pull API
- For leads in real time, use IndiaMART's Push API or its official CRM plugins instead of pulling
- Keep the API key private, like a password, and regenerate it if a staff member leaves
- One row per enquiry ID, with name, mobile, product, quantity, city, lead type and enquiry time
- Add "first call at" and "outcome" columns, and review the gap every week
- Use the sheet to call only the buyers who enquired, never as a cold list

Act 05Your options
Ways to get leads out and called
The fastest route is the one your team will actually keep running.
Act 06Questions
Asked often
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask it on a call.
How do I export IndiaMART leads to Excel?
In the seller panel, open Lead Manager and use Import/Export Leads to download them. It works, but a manual export is only as fresh as the last time someone ran it.
What is the difference between the IndiaMART Pull API and Push API?
With the Pull API, your sheet or CRM asks IndiaMART for new leads on a schedule, so a lead can wait until the next pull. With the Push API, IndiaMART sends each lead to your system as it arrives. For calling fast, push is better.
Where do I get my IndiaMART Pull API key?
In the seller panel: Lead Manager, the three-dot menu, Import/Export Leads, then Pull API, where you can generate a key. Treat it like a password.
Can you set this up for us?
Yes, as part of an AI calling agent build: leads flow into your sheet or CRM and each buyer gets a call within a minute.
What does it cost?
₹50,000 to set up, then ₹22,500 a month. If you only need incoming calls answered, the AI Receptionist is ₹10,000 a month after a ₹30,000 setup, with 1,000 minutes, then ₹9 a minute.
20 minutes
From the sheet to a call in a minute
Bring last month's IndiaMART lead count and how you get leads out today. Abhishek maps the setup with you on a 20-minute call and quotes it in writing.
