How this tool works
Pick your business and English or Hinglish. Get five WhatsApp messages from day 0 to day 14, each with when to send it and whether it needs an approved template on the WhatsApp Business API.
- Everything happens in your browser. What you type is not sent to Brand Bakery or stored by us.
- Free to use, with no account and no email gate. Check the output before you publish or print it.
- Agents and scripts can call it too:
POST /api/tools/follow_up_plan. See the API docs.

Questions owners ask
Straight answers
How many times should I follow up?
This plan uses five messages over two weeks and then closes the enquiry politely. Each message gives the person something useful or an easy question, so it never reads as chasing, and every message after the first offers a way to stop.
Why does day 0 say "free-form reply"?
When someone messages you on WhatsApp, a 24-hour customer service window opens and you can reply in your own words. After it closes, a business on the WhatsApp Business API can only send pre-approved templates, so the later messages need to be submitted to Meta as templates first (Meta WhatsApp Business Platform docs).
Can I use these on the free WhatsApp Business app?
Yes. On the app you send them by hand, so save them as quick replies. Message only people who contacted you, and stop if they ask.
Should the first reply really go out in five minutes?
The faster the better. In a Harvard Business Review study of 1.25 million leads, firms that tried to reach a lead within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to have a meaningful conversation with the decision maker as firms that waited even an hour longer (2011).
