Questions owners ask

Straight answers

How is the score worked out?

Each question carries a weight, and the weights add up to 100. Reply speed and after-hours cover weigh the most, because an enquiry that waits often goes to whoever answered first. "Not sure" earns a quarter of the points: if you do not know, it is probably not happening every time.

What is a good score?

75 or more means your enquiry handling is tight. 45 to 74 means some leads are slipping through. Below 45, leads are leaking in several places, and the first two or three fixes usually pay back fastest.

Is anything I answer sent to you?

No. The audit runs in your browser. If you choose "Get these fixed", your score and top leaks are filled into the enquiry form for you to read before you send it.
