Solar installers ke liye: customer aksar usi ke paas jaata hai jo subsidy ka jawab saaf, jaldi aur har baar same de.

Numbers sahi rakho (central subsidy, ghar ke liye):

  • 1 kW: ₹30,000
  • 2 kW: ₹60,000
  • 3 kW ya zyada: ₹78,000 maximum

Special category aur pahadi states mein rate zyada, kuch states top-up dete hain.

Teen baatein team ko saaf bolni hain:

  1. Subsidy installation aur inspection ke baad bank account mein aati hai, invoice se kam nahi hoti.
  2. Vendor national portal pe registered ho, application pmsuryaghar.gov.in pe, discom approval aur net meter ke saath.
  3. 3 kW tak public sector banks se collateral-free loan. Rate bank se current lo.

  3. Lead thandi kyun hoti hai?

    • Customer 3-4 installers se baat karta hai, bill ka wait karta hai, family aur padosi se poochta hai. Lead tab jaati hai jab:
    • Pehli call agle din aayi, competitor subsidy pehle samjha chuka.
    • Har salesperson subsidy aur payback alag tareeke se samjhata hai.
    • Rough price se pehle hi site visit maang li.
    • Quote ke baad koi follow-up nahi, kyunki agli lead zyada promising lagi.

    • Enquiry ke minutes mein: Call ya WhatsApp. 4 sawaal: shehar, chhat (RCC ya tin), mahine ka bijli bill, ghar apna hai?
    • Usi din: WhatsApp pe 1 page estimate: system size, price range, us size ki subsidy, state top-up, rough payback. Saaf likho: site survey se pehle ka estimate.
    • 2-3 din mein: Site survey book karo, jab ghar ke dono kamaane wale ho, aksar weekend. Ek shaam pehle reminder.
    • Quote ke baad: Day 2, day 7, day 21. Unka asli sawaal: finance, net meter, power cut, maintenance. Phir ruk jao.
