On request, shared after a short call
This is a recurring plan; the billing period is agreed when the plan starts. Hosting, domains, plugin licences and third-party tools are billed by the providers and shown separately. Work beyond the monthly allowance is priced and approved before we start.

What does a website care plan include?
Updates, backups, uptime and security checks, an agreed number of small changes each month, renewal reminders and a short monthly report. Every item is listed in writing.
Do you only look after sites you built?
We prefer sites we built, because we know them inside out. We will review any other site first and tell you honestly what it would take to look after it well.
What if my site goes down?
Monitoring tells us quickly, we tell you, and we work to bring it back. Response times are written into the plan.
Can I just ask for a change when I need one?
Yes, that is the point. Send the request on WhatsApp or email and we make it, within the monthly allowance. Bigger changes are priced first.
Do I own my hosting and domain?
Yes. The accounts stay in your name, and we work with the access you give us. If you ever stop the plan, you keep control of everything.
Is this the same as SEO?
No. Care keeps the site healthy, fast and secure. SEO is a separate service that works on how you appear in search.
How much does a care plan cost?
Pricing is shared after a short call. The amount depends on the size of the site and how many changes you want included, and is fixed in writing.
