Act 01Research

Brand Bakery research: how Indian businesses answer enquiries

Our own data on what happens when a buyer tries to reach a business. Every figure comes with its sample size and method, and you're free to quote it with a link.

Using our figures

  • Quote any figure with a link to this page or the full study.
  • Keep the sample size next to the figure, for example "80% (87 of 109)".
  • Don't present a segment under 20 businesses as a trend.

Act 03Method

How we checked

109 established Delhi NCR businesses that pay for enquiries: real estate (37), clinics (28), coaching institutes (22), interior designers (12) and solar installers (10).

What we did

  • We reviewed each business's public website, Google Maps listing, Meta Ad Library entries and Google Ads Transparency page.
  • A second reviewer re-checked a sample of the findings, and 96% of the re-checked claims matched.
  • We used public information only. We didn't call or message any business, and we don't publish names, screenshots or anything that identifies one.
  • It's our own small sample from one month, not an industry statistic. Segments under 20 businesses are indicative only.
