Clinic Front Desk Call Load
For clinics: see how much of your front desk's day goes on the phone, and whether the busiest two hours bring more calls than your staff can answer.

Capacity assumes one call at a time per person and nothing else to do, so real missed or waiting calls are higher than shown.
What a receptionist call covers, and what it never does
- Booking Doctor, date and slot, the patient's name and number, and a WhatsApp confirmation.
- Timings and fees From the clinic's approved list only. No discounts or packages that are not on it.
- Moving or cancelling Offer the next free slots and free up the old one at once.
- Reports and directions When reports are ready, how to reach the clinic, parking.
- Anything medical Symptoms, medicines, results: take a message and pass it to the clinic staff. Emergencies: tell the caller to call 112 or go to the nearest hospital, and alert the staff at once.

How this tool works
Enter calls a day, minutes per call, the people at the desk, desk hours and the share of calls in your busiest two hours. See the phone hours a day, the share of desk time they take, the phone minutes each person needs per hour at peak, and the calls the desk cannot take even doing nothing else. Plus what a receptionist call should and should not cover.

The service behind it
Questions owners ask
Straight answers
What counts as a call?
Every call the desk answers or should answer: bookings, changes, fees, timings, reports, directions. Count a normal day from your phone log, or tally for one day.
What does calls beyond capacity mean?
The calls in the busiest two hours that your desk could not take even if they did nothing but answer the phone, one call at a time. Real desks also check patients in and take payments, so the true number of missed or waiting calls is higher.
Will an AI receptionist give medical advice?
No. It books, moves and confirms appointments and answers timing and fee questions from the list you approve. Anything about symptoms, medicines or reports goes to your staff, and emergencies are pointed to 112 or the nearest hospital.
Does it tell patients it is an AI?
Yes, at the start of every call. It also never asks patients for reviews or ratings.
