Interior Enquiry Reply Clock
For interior designers and modular kitchen firms: see how long your unluckiest enquiry waits for a reply, and the project value that arrives while you are closed.
Longest wait for a reply
39 hours
An enquiry sent on Saturday 7 pm waits until Monday 10 am. You are open 54 of the 168 hours in a week (32%).
Your week, midnight to midnight
Someone answers 8 am to 11 pm, the window the estimate uses
- Enquiries outside your hours (estimate)
- 49%
- Enquiries a month that wait for the next opening
- 29
- Projects in those enquiries, at your signing rate
- 1.5
- Project value waiting for a reply each month
- ₹8,74,286
The estimate assumes enquiries arrive evenly from 8 am to 11 pm, every day. Your own call log will be closer. This value is waiting, not lost: a reply the next morning can still win, but a couple who asked four firms that evening may already have booked a site visit with the one that called back.

Questions owners ask
Straight answers
How is the longest wait worked out?
It is the gap from closing time on your last open day to opening time on the next one. Open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm, an enquiry sent at 7 pm on Saturday waits until 10 am on Monday: 39 hours.
Where does the after-hours estimate come from?
If you leave that field blank, the clock assumes enquiries arrive evenly from 8 am to 11 pm, every day, and counts the share that falls outside your hours. It is arithmetic, not a survey. Your call log or WhatsApp timestamps will give a better figure, so put that in if you have it.
Is the project value lost?
No, it is waiting. A reply next morning can still win. But homeowners often ask several firms on the same evening, and the firm that calls first usually gets the site visit, so the longer the wait, the more of that value is at risk. We do not have a reliable figure for how much, so the clock does not price it.
What hours should I put in?
The hours someone actually answers a call or a WhatsApp message, not the hours on your signboard. If your designers are on site all afternoon and nobody picks up, leave those hours out.
