Questions owners ask
Straight answers
Why cost per site visit and not cost per lead?
Because a lead that never visits earns nothing. A portal can look expensive per lead and still be the cheapest per visit, and a cheap ad form can fill your sheet with people who never pick up. Comparing sources by what a visit costs shows where the money actually works.
Where do I get site visits by source?
From your CRM or lead sheet, if each lead carries its source. If it does not, start tagging every new lead with where it came from this week. The free UTM builder helps for ads and links.
Why does one source have a low visit rate?
Often it is the first call, not the source. Leads from forms and portals are usually sent to several brokers at once, and the one who calls first tends to get the visit. Check how fast those leads were called before you cut the budget.
Does this follow RERA rules?
The calculator only works with your own spend and results. Your ads and calls still need the project's RERA registration number where the rules ask for it, and no promises of returns or price rises.
