Act 01CRM integration
Every call and chat, written into your CRM
Brand Bakery's AI employees write every call and chat into the place your team already looks: your CRM, a Google Sheet or a web portal. We connect it during setup, through the CRM's API where it has one, through its normal web screens where it doesn't, or into a shared sheet. It signs in with a login of its own, and every action it takes goes into an audit log.
After every call it writes
- Who called, their number and what they asked for
- The answers to your qualifying questions
- What was booked or promised, and for when
- The next step, and who on your team owns it

Act 02Ways to connect
Three ways to connect it
We pick the one that fits the tool you use today. You do not have to change CRM.
Through the API
Most CRMs, including the ones built for Indian sales teams, have an API. Where yours does, the employee writes to it directly with a login of its own.
Through the web screens
Where there is no API, or it sits behind a higher plan, the employee uses the CRM's normal screens in a browser, the way a person on your team would.
Into a Google Sheet
No CRM yet? It keeps a shared Google Sheet with one row per lead, and your team works from that.
Act 03Setup
How the CRM gets connected
Connecting the place your leads live is part of setup.
Show us where leads land
Your CRM, a sheet, a portal inbox or an email address. We map where each enquiry arrives and where your team reads it.
Agree the fields
Which questions it asks, which answers go in which field, and what counts as a hot lead for your team.
Give it a login of its own
A separate user for the AI employee, with only the access its job needs, so every change it makes is traceable to it.
Test with sample leads
We run test calls and chats and check that every field lands where your team expects it.
Go live
It starts writing to the CRM on real calls only after you sign off.
Act 04Your data
Its own login, your limits
The AI employee works in your CRM the way a careful new hire would: its own account, a narrow job and a record of everything it touched.
How calls and data are handled: Data safety
In your CRM it
- Signs in with a login of its own, never a person's
- Adds new leads and updates the ones it worked on
- Writes every action to an audit log you can read
- Stops and flags a person when something looks wrong, instead of guessing
- Handles personal data under the DPDP Act, with a data processing agreement in your contract

Act 06Questions
Before you connect it
Which CRMs does it work with?
The CRM your team uses today, as long as it has an API or works in a browser, plus Google Sheets and Excel. We name a CRM on this site as connected only after we have wired it for a client.
Do we have to change CRM?
No. It works in the one you use today, or in a Google Sheet if you do not have one.
Can it pick up leads from portals and ad forms?
If a lead source sends enquiries to your CRM, a sheet or an email inbox, the AI employee can pick them up from there. We check how your lead sources deliver enquiries on the 20-minute call.
Can my team see what it said to each lead?
Yes. Every call and chat is logged with a transcript, and the CRM record links to it.
Is our customer data safe?
The DPDP Act applies to every call and chat. Brand Bakery acts as your processor, the AI employee has its own scoped login, and every action goes into an audit log. A data processing agreement goes into every contract.
20 minutes
Keep your CRM. Add the employee who fills it.
Book a 20-minute call. Show us where your leads land and we tell you how the AI employee would write into it.
