From a one-form website to six free hiring tools

A Delhi recruitment agency had a slide deck and a one-form website. Now it gives recruiters and candidates six free tools, and tells Google exactly who it is.

01

The brief

Accelhire places people in IT and non-IT roles from Delhi. Online, it had an 11-slide company deck and accelhireco.com: one page with a name field, a phone field and a submit button. Nothing there for a hiring manager to use, and nothing to bring a candidate back.

The goal was to show up when someone searches "recruitment agency in Delhi", and to give recruiters and job seekers a reason to return.

What we made

  1. Seven pages: home, services, team, clients, about, contact and tools.

  2. Six free tools that run in the browser, so they cost nothing to host: a salary estimator by role, experience and Indian city; a resume ATS score checker; an interview question bank across 6 domains and 3 levels; a cost-per-hire calculator; 12 job-description templates; and a skills-gap analyser.

  3. A full search layer: sitemap, robots, a generated share image, EmploymentAgency and FAQ structured data with the office location, and an llms.txt so AI assistants describe the agency accurately.

  4. Light and dark themes, and a contrast fix that brought the brand colour up to WCAG AA.

03

The hard part

Free tools usually mean a backend, a database and a monthly AI bill. These run entirely on the visitor's device. No server, no API keys, no running cost, and they still feel instant.
